We recommend cleaning the Berkey Earth® Elements to remove buildup and open clogged micro-pores. Here is a tutorial video on how to Clean the Berkey Earth® Elements.

It can take up to two weeks of consistent use for the Berkey Earth® Elements to achieve their maximum flow rate. Please allow two weeks for this to happen.

We recommend disassembling and cleaning the Berkey® Chambers regularly with a gentle dish detergent. If this does not resolve the issue, or you have further questions please contact our Customer Engagement Team at customerservice@berkeywater.com.
