  • What's Ahead?

    1) Tell us what's going on: Provide the information requested in this form. The more we know upfront, the faster we can help!

    2) We review: One of our highly trained Support Specialists will review your claim. This typically takes about 1-3 business days.

    3) Troubleshoot: Support will contact you directly. Depending on what's going on, we may need to try a few troubleshooting steps before moving forward.

    4) Warranty: If resolution can't be reached, warrantied product may be replaced* per the appropriate NMCL Limited Warranty.

    *You may be required to return the original item(s) to the Return Center before replacements can be submitted. Please review the NMCL Return Policy for more information.
