  • Tell us what's going on...

  • This will happen if more water is poured into the top chamber than what the bottom can accommodate.
    Contact our Customer Engagement Team if you have any further questions at customerservice@berkeywater.com.
  • Your Berkey Light® Chamber(s) may qualify for replacement under NMCL's Limited 1 Year Warranty. Please use the following link to file a warranty claim. One of our highly trained Customer Engagement Team members will contact you within 1-2 business days.

  • It sounds like we're dealing with a leaking spigot. Check out our Spigot Troubleshooting Form for further assistance.
  • If your system was damaged upon arrival, your Berkey Light® Chamber(s) may qualify for replacement under NMCL's Limited 1 Year Warranty.
    You may qualify for a replacement if your system is within the 1 Year Limited Warranty, however damages from user error are not covered under the Limited Warranty.

  • The buildup you are seeing is most-likely ionic minerals that the Black Berkey® Purification Elements are designed to allow through.
